Frequently Asked Questions

  • First off, there are plenty of talented vendors I have worked with. At the same time, there are a fair amount of inexperienced videographers that are willing to shoot your wedding for a significantly lower cost.

I would also be wary of any company that provides both Photo & Video (unless it's a small duo that specializes in both). I believe choosing a company that provides both Photo/Video will lower the quality of your video because that company is focused on quantity over quality. I have been recording videos professionally for a decade and still wouldn't trust myself taking photos at a wedding!

Lastly, make sure your videographer has a breadth of experience in events & specifically weddings. On your wedding day, it's important to have someone who is experienced in dealing with a fast-paced event environment (and not just someone that knows how to use a camera!)

  • Unfortunately, no. I only take on a certain amount of wedding shoots per year to ensure quality and cannot discount you.

However, I would love to recommend you to my associate videographers. They each have separate packages/rates that I can send you along with checking their availability for your date. Please email me directly about this.

I have worked alongside my associate videographers for years and can attest to their quality and I can count on them to capture your day flawlessly. The contract, video editing, and revisions will all be handled through me.

  • The typical turnaround is 30-60 days. During peak seasons sometimes that is extended to 90 days. You will be notified of your estimated delivery date after your wedding.

  • We never delete footage. After a wedding shoot, the footage is backed up onto a separate hard drive. After all final edits are made the footage is moved to archive hard drives and stays forever.

  • You can purchase the raw footage up to 3 months after your wedding day.

  • Picking your own music is strongly recommended! It all depends on the style of video you would like. I typically recommend starting with a slower / emotional song for the beginning and then switching to a more upbeat song post-ceremony.

If you do not send song recommendations, we have a music selection and can pick it out for you :)

  • Yes! You can use any and all music (copyrighted or not) you like.
